Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) has announced a global exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)with Alstom (EPA: ALO) to jointly develop and commercialize graphene-enhanced HVAC products for the global rail industry.
The agreement represents major commercial validation for GMG, providing the company with an exclusive opportunity to work alongside one of the world’s largest rail manufacturers. Alstom operates in 61 countries, employs approximately 87,800 people, and generated €19.2 billion in annual revenue, giving GMG exposure to a global transportation infrastructure market.
The collaboration is expected to evaluate graphene technologies designed to improve energy efficiency, thermal performance, equipment durability, and operating reliability across rail HVAC systems.
