** Aug. 19, 2026** Investors looking across both U.S. and Canadian markets are watching a group of dual-listed companies spanning graphene technology, infrastructure, gold mining, critical materials and energy storage. Graphene Manufacturing Group, Keel Infrastructure, Omai Gold Mines and First Mining Gold each have recently reported developments that could keep the companies on investor radar.
Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) is accelerating commercialization through an exclusive global MOU with Alstom (EPA: ALO) targeting graphene-enhanced HVAC solutions for the global rail industry, alongside record sales orders and completion of its Gen 2.0 Graphene Manufacturing Plant.
GMG is also advancing next-generation Graphene Aluminum-Ion Battery technology with the University of Queensland, under a Joint Development Agreement with Rio Tinto and support from the Battery Innovation Center (BIC) in the United States. Together, these initiatives give GMG exposure to several high-growth markets, including AI data center cooling, energy efficiency, advanced materials, industrial HVAC and next-generation energy storage.
Keel Infrastructure Corp. (NASDAQ: KEEL) (TSX: KEEL) strengthened its financial position after raising $458 million through a convertible note offering. As of August 7, 2026, the company reported total liquidity of approximately $819 million, consisting of approximately $698 million in unrestricted cash and $121 million in unencumbered Bitcoin.
Keel also continues winding down its Bitcoin position, selling 1,085 Bitcoin for approximately $75 million between April 1 and August 7. The company reported a remaining balance of 1,861 BTC, giving investors another metric to watch as management reallocates capital toward its broader infrastructure strategy.
Omai Gold Mines Corp. (TSXV: OMG) (OTCQB: OMGGF) reported positive results from a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for its 100%-owned Omai Gold Property in Guyana.
The PEA incorporates the Wenot open-pit and Gilt underground deposits and projects average annual production of approximately 351,488 ounces of gold over an 18-year mine life, with peak annual production of 435,667 ounces. Estimated total payable gold production reaches approximately 6.33 million ounces.
Using a $3,600-per-ounce gold price, Omai reported an after-tax NPV5% of $4.0 billion, a 24% IRR and 4.1-year payback period. At the company’s referenced $4,200-per-ounce scenario, the after-tax NPV5% increases to $5.5 billion with a 30% IRR, highlighting the project’s leverage to higher gold prices.
First Mining Gold Corp. (TSX: FF) (OTCQX: FFMGF) recently reported second-quarter results while its shares reached 52-week highs in both Canada and the United States, putting the gold developer on the radar as investor interest in precious metals remains elevated.
The company also highlighted developments at its Pickle Crow Gold Project, where new joint-venture partner Bellavista Resources acquired Firefly Metal’s interest in PC Gold Inc. Bellavista subsequently paid First Mining $3 million to reduce First Mining’s ownership from 30% to 20%, with the remaining interest free-carried to a decision to mine.
As of June 30, First Mining reported approximately $40.5 million in cash and marketable securities, alongside additional investment interests in Seva Mining and PC Gold Inc., providing financial resources as it continues advancing its portfolio of Canadian gold assets.
Dual-Listed Growth Companies to Watch
Together, GMG, KEEL, OMG and FF provide investors with exposure to distinctly different growth themes across U.S. and Canadian markets from graphene and next-generation batteries to infrastructure, gold development and precious metals. With commercialization milestones, significant liquidity, large-scale project economics and strengthening gold-sector momentum, these dual-listed companies could remain active names for investors to monitor.
