September 9, 2026 ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ) is expanding its government-contract business after wholly owned subsidiary Just Right Products, Inc. was selected for two new city uniform contracts, including one with a municipality of more than 1 million residents that would become the largest city the company has served.
The second selection is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents. Both contracts remain subject to respective city council approvals and final contract documentation. If approved, the additions would increase ADMQ’s municipal customer roster from 17 to 19 Texas cities.
Expanded Capacity Meets a Larger Opportunity
The selections also provide an early test of the strategy behind ADMQ’s 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production and retail facility. The expanded operation provides the manufacturing, embroidery, printing, inventory and fulfillment capacity needed to compete for substantially larger government and institutional accounts.
The potential contracts build on a public-sector roster that already includes 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, five colleges and three counties.
Momentum has accelerated recently. On September 3, ADMQ announced orders from eight city fire departments, establishing a new public-safety growth vertical. The company also reported 11.4% Q2 revenue growth, a 19.7% increase in promotional products revenue and a return to quarterly profitability.
Recurring Revenue Opportunity
Municipal uniform agreements can be particularly valuable because city departments purchase apparel as needed throughout multi-year contract periods, potentially creating repeat business rather than a single transaction. Actual revenue from the two newly selected contracts will depend on final approval and subsequent order volumes.
For ADMQ, the significance goes beyond adding two municipalities. Selection by a city of more than 1 million residents could demonstrate that the company’s expanded infrastructure and track record now allow it to compete for larger-scale public-sector contracts.
“The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval,” Johnson said.
With a growing municipal roster, eight new fire department customers, expanding production capacity and improving financial performance, ADM Endeavors is increasingly positioning government, institutional and public-safety uniforms as potentially recurring pillars of its next stage of growth.
