DALLAS TX, Oct. 15, 2026 PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: PETV) announced two research abstracts evaluating Spryng® with OsteoCushion® Technology in rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis, adding preliminary mobility and tissue-response findings to its veterinary research program.

Conducted with the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the research examines the company’s collagen-elastin hydrogel administered directly into affected joints. One study selected 18 macaques and reported statistically significant walking-speed improvements versus baseline during the first three weeks following treatment. Additional mobility analyses remain underway.

A separate investigation involving four macaquesidentified hydrogel incorporation into the joint-lining membrane by day 11, with minimal associated inflammatory cells. These early observations support further investigation; longer-term outcomes and relevance to other species remain unestablished.

The findings are scheduled for presentation at the Association of Primate Veterinarians Workshop on October 23, the AALAS National Meeting on October 28, and the American College of Veterinary Pathologists Annual Meeting in November. The presentations provide opportunities for scientific discussion as further analyses continue.

Building on Earlier Canine Research and Veterinary Outreach

The announcement follows PetVivo’s planned Spryng exhibit at the October 8–10 ACVS Surgery Summit in Charlotte, part of a broader conference program aimed at veterinary surgeons, specialists and practice owners. Spryng is commercially available for managing lameness and joint-related conditions, including osteoarthritis, in dogs, cats and horses.

Earlier research published in Veterinary Recordevaluated 40 client-owned dogs receiving a single injection and followed for 84 days. Twenty-two dogs—55% of those enrolled—met a threshold of at least 25% improvement on the modified Glasgow Composite Pain Scale. The company-funded proof-of-concept study lacked a control group, blinding and objective lameness measurements, and investigators recommended further objective research.

Together, the developments expand the scientific information available to veterinarians evaluating Spryng. For investors, further research, adoption by veterinary practices and repeat purchasing remain meaningful measures of progress toward sustained commercial growth.
