Financially, Algorhythm strengthened its balance sheet with a $9.5 million capital infusion while continuing to scale operations. The Company achieved a $12 million annualized revenue run rate (ARR) during March 2026, up more than 20% from December 2025, while first-quarter revenue increased more than 71% sequentially and 1,800% year-over-year, reflecting accelerating customer adoption and network expansion.
Looking ahead, management expects continued growth from expanding enterprise adoption of SemiCab in India while converting a growing pipeline of Apex SaaS opportunities across the U.S. and Europe. As artificial intelligence continues transforming global supply chains, Algorhythm remains focused on expanding its AI-powered logistics platform and creating long-term shareholder value through scalable freight optimization technology.
