June 29, 2026  Clifton Mining Company (OTCBB: CFTN) is gaining attention as gold trades around the $4,000-per-ounce level and silver remains elevated, strengthening the longer-term outlook for companies with exposure to precious-metals production and undeveloped mineral assets.

Clifton’s June update reported that Desert Hawk Gold Corp. sold 631 ounces of gold and 628 ounces of silver during the first five months of 2026, while an estimated 1,379 recoverable gold ounces remained on the leach pad at the end of May.

Beyond its Desert Hawk interest, Clifton controls more than 14,000 acres in Tooele County, Utah, including properties with historical mining activity and potential precious-metals targets.

While gold and silver remain volatile, continued geopolitical uncertainty, inflation concerns and investor demand for tangible assets could support a longer-term bullish environment for precious metals. For CFTN, higher sustained metals prices could increase interest in both Desert Hawk’s operations and the potential future development of Clifton’s extensive Utah mineral holdings.
