Power Metallic Mines Inc. (TSXV: PNPN | OTCQB: PNPNF) successfully closed of its strategic land acquisition from Li-FT Power Ltd. (TSXV: LIFT | OTCQX: LIFFF) adding a massive 313 mineral claims totaling 167 km² to its already dominant position in the polymetallic-rich Nisk region of Quebec.
The newly acquired claims directly adjoin Power Metallic’s high-grade Lion Cu–PGE and Nisk Cu–Ni–PGE–Co discoveries and significantly expand the Company’s land package to approximately 212.86 km². This move solidifies Power Metallic’s control over 50 kilometers of highly prospective strike length—20 km along the northern margin and 30 km along the southern margin—across one of North America’s most promising battery and critical metals districts.

Final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange has been secured, completing all closing conditions for the agreement originally announced June 9, 2025.
