Yesterday, the Chief Executive Officer of RJD Green Inc. (OTC:RJDG), Ron Brewer, announced that the company’s business unit, Silex Holdings, engaged the services of Mark Gould, an experienced construction products professional.
In the new capacity, Gould would be responsible for overseeing the integration of Silex Holdings’ Tulsa Division and JSI Products Corporation. Eventually, he would work on generating sales growth for the new division. In the news release on October 16, RJD Green expressed excitement at engaging Gould in leading the initiative. It was also noted that Gould also held considerable experience in managing growth in the construction products and services industry. Moreover, he also had a track record of leading the sales efforts at small-cap companies.
Gould had most recently been involved in the management of a project for a wholesale construction products company. In that project, he had succeeded in boosting the annual revenues to more than $6 million from less than $1 million. The strong track record would strengthen Silex Holdings’ initiative in broadening its offerings of products and services.
JSI Products had been formed recently by RJD Green as an Oklahoma Corporation with the aim of housing assets bought from JSI Interiors and turning into the operating entity controlling those acquired assets. RJD Green had bought some particular assets from JSI LLC, and some of the vital staff members were also hired by JSI Products.
Some of the integral assets that had been bought include advanced manufacturing equipment, which would not only help with greater quality control but also boost production volume on a daily basis. JSI Products would operate as a division of Silex Holdings. The business operation programs and processes that had already been put in place by Silex Holdings and proven to be successful would be implemented at JSI Products.
