Jump Start Sports, which is a subsidiary unit of Bell Buckle Holdings Inc was in focus yesterday after it announced that it had been successful in completing the sales of the 4th and 5th franchise territories. The latest deal signed by the company is going to help in further expanding its presence in the state of Ohio. It is going to include Sandusky, Huron and Erie, and Lorain counties in addition to the regions to the west of Toledo.

The individual who bought franchise territories is Zack Kantourus. He has been involved prominently within the youth sports industry for as long as 15 years and is often referred to as Coach K. He started his career as a coach as a high school basketball assistant coach in Lorain County. In addition to that, he had also served as the Assistant Men’s College Basketball Coach and Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach.

As it happens Jump Start Sports made another key announcement earlier in the week on March 29 when it announced that it had appointed a new Vice President of Operations in the form of Dan Pincombe.

He will be in charge of the entire operations at Jump Start Sports and that would include management of staff, implementation of procedures and policies, regulatory compliance and ensuring the quality of programs and camps managed by the company. He is going to work in close proximity to the Chief Executive Officer of the company Rick Hart.
