The New Jersey-based company, which is involved in marketing, consultation, and sales with regard to regenerative medicine, would operate as a fully owned subsidiary of Cann American following the acquisition.

Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc (NASDAQ:KAVL) – Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc is best known for marketing the products of BIDI Vapor LLC in the United States. Back on Monday, the company announced that its disposable e-vapor product VEEBA had been officially launched in the United Kingdom market.

The product would be marketed in the United Kingdom by Phillip Morris Products SA, the United Kingdom affiliate of tobacco behemoth Phillip Morris International.

Halberd Corporation (OTC: HALB) – This past Tuesday Halberd Corporation was in focus after it announced that it was going to have a meeting with the Center for Disease Control with regard to the considerable success it has had in eradicating antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

The company had done the testing at the Youngstown State University and had deployed its extracorporeal laser eradication technology for the same. It had been successful in eliminating various strains of E. Coli bacteria.

Puma Exploration Inc (OTC: PUMXF) (PUMA.V) – Back on March 15, the mining firm Puma Exploration Inc had come into focus after it announced that the drilling activities were going to start shortly at its William Brooks Gold Project located in Northern New Brunswick in Atlantic Canada.

The company also noted that a technical crew was also going to be deployed next week as part of the preparations for the 2023 drilling program.

Marketing Worldwide Corporation (OTC: MWWC) – Yesterday, Marketing Worldwide Corporation announced that it was going to kick off its media initiatives with the launch of the show ‘Hollywood After Dark’. The show, which is going to provide an inside look into the socializing activities of noted stars, would be hosted by Emma Slater. MYTURN TV founder Lauren Hersch Williams would be the producer.

Tocvan Ventures Corp (OTC: TCVNF) (TOC.C) – Last but not the least, Tocvan Ventures Corp was in the news on March 14 after it announced a progress update with regards to the first bulk sample at the Pilar Gold-Silver Project located in Sonora, Mexico. The company also noted that the heap leach pad preparation and material preparation were still ongoing.
