Gaensel Energy (OTC: GEGR) Announces New Energy Contract & Investment in Media Group

Gaensel Energy Group, Inc., (OTC: GEGR) a diversified holding company, announces Our Consortium Green Energy group, LB Energy, has completed a contract with Italian Cable Company (ICC SPA) to produce copper wire cable which will generate monthly revenues exceeding $1 Million USD and acquisition GATE SRL in via Pasquale Sottocorno, Milano Italy managed by Le Roy Group.

On Tuesday, GEGR stock moved down 8.24% to $0.0234 with more than 508K shares, compared to its average volume of 1.06 million shares. The stock moved within a range of $0.0166 – 0.0234 after opening trading at $0.0215.

Over the course of the past months, the diversified holding company Gaensel Energy Group Inc has been in the news quite frequently and on Tuesday; it was in the news yet again following a key announcement. The company provided a corporate update yesterday with regards to the fact that back on August 5, 2022, it had been successful in completing the acquisition of 50% of a number of Italian magazines which are owned by Le Roy srl. The company, known as Group Editorial Le Roy had been established back in 2003 by Dario Bordet, who is a highly experienced journalist and currently the editor of the group.

At this point in time, the Le Roy Group manages and owns two magazines, 24News and Italia du Gustare. In addition to that, it is important to point out that in 2021 the magazines managed to generate revenues of more than 1 million Euros. It goes without saying that it could prove to be a significant acquisition for Gaensel Energy Group since it would boost the advertising and media interests of the company. The staff at Le Roy is going to work from the headquarters of GATE SRL in Milan, Italy.

In order to get a better idea about the acquisition, it may be a good idea for investors to perhaps take a closer look at how GATE SRL is doing as a company. At this point in time, the company prints as many as 6000 copies a month, and those magazines are distributed throughout all the airports in Italy. Now with the support of Gaensel, the company is going to get the financial backing for taking care of its mobile applications and contracts for the purpose of advertising. In addition to that, it is also looking to promote marketing activities in the airport market in Europe.
