Pressure BioSciences, Inc. (OTCQB:PBIO) a global leader in products and services to the life sciences industries, today announced the execution and launch of a manufacturing and distribution agreement with CBD Supply MD, a Leading Maryland-Based CBD Retailer, to Introduce PBIO’s UltraShear Processed, Best-in-Class Nanoemulsified CBD Products Across the Multi-State Mid-Atlantic Region expected to generate over $1.5 Million in revenue for PBIO during 2023.
Pressure Biosciences Inc has emerged as one of the more innovative companies in recent times owing to its work in relation to pressure-based instruments which could be used across many industries. However, not too long ago the company had also come up with its UltraShear platform that helped in the production of UltraShearNanoemulsified CBD.
This morning the company is in the news after it announced that it had signed a new distribution and manufacturing agreement for the UltraShearNanoemulsified CBD. As per the provisions of the agreement, the company is going to be responsible for supplying CBD Supply MD with its UltraShearoptimized Nanoemulsified CBD. It is going to be supplied in the form of a best-in-its-class, stable and bioavailable CBD Tropical Spray.
The spray has been formulated by Pressure Biosciences for optimal effectiveness and potency, so as to address the varied needs of those who consume CBD. More importantly, it was also announced that the deal was going to lead to the generation of revenues to the tune of $1.5 million in 2023 alone, and out of those $250,000 were going to be generated in the second fiscal quarter.
The co-founder of CBD Supply MD, Keith E Manley spoke about the way in which the deal came to fruition. He noted that deals of this nature take a lot of time to be consummated so as to ensure the two entities are a good fit. He went on to call the product lines manufactured through UltraShear technology to be ‘game changing’.
