Canadian exploration company Tearlach Resources Limited (TEA.V) (OTC:TELHF) is a member of the TSX Venture 50 and is involved in the acquisition, development, and exploration of lithium projects. At this point, the company is involved in advancing its flagship project, the Gabriel Project, located in Tonopah, Nevada.

The company has managed to complete 11 drill holes at the property so far. On June 15 Tearlach Resources was in the news after it announced that it had expanded the Gabriel property by as much as 226 hectares. The expansion had been accomplished by the company by staking 37 mining claims that had been on public land managed by the Bureau of Land Management.

The company further noted that the favorable Siebert Formation underlay the claims. Additionally, the highest surface rock chip sample returned 840 ppm of Lithium. The 37 claims in question are situated dominantly at Section 22, Range 42 East, and Township 3 North. The company noted at the time that it was going to conduct further mapping and sampling work at the new claims so as to determine whether drilling would be necessary when the Gabriel Phase 2 program gets underway. It may be a good time to keep an eye on the Tearlach Resources stock.
