Sibannac, which is a Nevada corporation, had been established back in 1999 and is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. It is currently involved in the packaging and creation of innovative wellness products and includes CBD as well as Delta-8 THC, which is derived from hemp. It also owns a food-grade plant that is registered by the FDA and is fully compliant with cGMP regulations.

The company was actually in the news earlier this month on August 10 when its unit CampusCo made a key announcement. It was announced that CampusCo had selected Digital Distro Inc for the purpose of providing technology platforms as well as consulting services for its quest to bring in fresh revenue streams and distribution networks by way of the metaverse, Web3 and NFT-based solutions. The Chief Executive Officer of Sibannac, David Mersky spoke about the latest development as well.

He noted that the association with Digital Distro is going to help in the creation of unique Digital Media Experiences. That is going to be specifically designed for the purpose of sales and product distribution on the metaverse.

The metaverse is expected to be the next major leap for the internet and experts believe it could turn into a space with massive commercial potential. Hence, the move from Sibannac to move into that space through CampusCo was a significant development and gives the company the opportunity to grow its metaverse offerings while the whole space is still at a fairly nascent stage. It remains to be seen if the Sibannac stock garners attention from investors in the coming days or not.
