The Nevada-incorporated corporation Sibannac Inc. (OTC:SNNC) was established in 1999 and is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. At this point, the company is involved in the creation and sale of premium advanced wellness products. The company is involved in the consumer packaged goods space in addition to wellness.
Other than the health-focused supplements, Sibannac is also involved in the production of Kratom and hemp-based Delta 8/9 products and Amanita mushroom edibles. All those products are offered for both retail and wholesale distribution by the company. The company is also a contract manufacturer and offers white-label services to a number of firms.
The company also offers its own platform to other companies that may need brand-building and marketing services. That is provided by Sibannac through The Campus Co., its fully-owned subsidiary unit.
One of the more important developments for the company this year so far has been its entry into the retail space. On July 20, the company announced that it had made an entry into the retail space through the establishment of the Kava/Kratom bar in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. At the time, the company had noted that the bar would be open for business by the end of the summer. The name of the location would be announced by the company closer to the day of the launch.
It was also noted at the time that Sibannac had entered into a partnership with an operator who would fund the entirety of the build-out and the start-up expenditure. The bar would offer premium Kava and Kratom tea beverages, both of which are manufactured by Sibannac at its facility. The customers would also have the option of buying pre-made beverages that would contain varying amounts of healing plants.
