This morning, there have been a number of companies that have come into the news cycle for one reason or another, and one of those is Sibannac Inc. (OTC:SNNC), the Nevada Corporation. The company announced this morning that it would launch a wellness brand named Cherryology, which it would fully own.

The brand would be part of the brand incubation and cultivation initiative at Sibannac through Campus Community, its marketing division. The company noted in its news release today that the brand had been visualized as feminine-centric and targeted at women in the 35- to 55-year-old age group. In its quest to develop the brand, Sibannac hired the services of Gary Kehoe, a well-known product designer and formulator.

The company noted that Kehoe was a highly experienced entrepreneur who was widely recognized as a pioneer in the field of product innovation. Throughout the course of his distinguished career, he was responsible for designing innovative product concepts as well as technologies, which resulted in a number of patent applications. His product concepts had also gone on to have considerable commercial success. He had also held senior positions at the management level at companies like Gum Tech International, Nabisco Foods Company, and Wrigley Company.

The first Cherryology product to hit the market has been completed. It would be a pre-sleep aid that could be consumed with any hot beverage. The product would help in addressing the wind-down period post-dinner but prior to bedtime. The product would not focus on sleep directly, but instead the clinically tested natural ingredients would help the users get into a relaxed state in a matter of hours after bed. That would potentially lead to restful and sustained sleep. It remains to be seen if the Sibannac stock comes into focus today.
